AffiPCR® Lactobacillus qPCR Kit

The AffiPCR® Lactobacillus qPCR Kit is designed for the specific detection of Lactobacillus species using real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) technology. The assay utilizes target-specific primers and a FAM-labeled probe, enabling reliable detection of Lactobacillus DNA in a single PCR reaction.

This kit provides a molecular solution for the identification and monitoring of Lactobacillus species, supporting applications such as ingredient authentication, food quality control, and the detection of potential food adulteration or mislabeling.

The AffiPCR® Lactobacillus qPCR Kit contains all the necessary reagents for target DNA amplification, except for the DNA samples. The kit includes qPCR Super Mix, a FAM-labeled target-specific primer-probe mix, a positive control, a negative control, and an HEX-labeled internal PCR control to support reaction monitoring and straightforward result interpretation.
