The AffiGEN® 1X dsDNA HS (High Sensitivity) Assay Kit for Qubit is a simple, sensitive and accurate solution for fluorescence-based quantification of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA).

The kit includes a pre-mixed working solution containing fluorescent dye and dsDNA standards for convenient DNA quantification using a Qubit fluorometer.

AffiGEN® 1X dsDNA HS Assay Kit for Qubit is designed for fluorescence quantitative detection of double-stranded DNA. The assay provides high sensitivity for samples containing low concentrations of dsDNA.

The kit has good linearity over a range of 0.2–100 ng dsDNA and allows accurate quantification of dsDNA samples at concentrations from 10 pg/µL to 10 ng/µL.

The assay also has good tolerance for some conventional contaminants, including RNA, salts, free nucleotides, proteins, solvents and detergents.
